HLTV.org understands that Borja "GuMmY" Gonzalez has stepped down as player at x6tence to become inactive.
The Spanish veteran had been an integral part of x6tence since joining the team in April 2009 for a second stint.
He had been linked with retirement for the past days, and a source close to x6tence has confirmed to HLTV.org that Gonzalez is no longer on the team because he has taken on a full-time job.
Gonzalez had his international breakthrough in 2005, when he helped x6tence finish 5th at WEG Season 3 and 9th at the ESWC Finals.
He rejoined x6tence last year, together with Alberto "neptuNo" Molinillo, but failed to emulate the successes of his first spell there as he always found his team behind Ledpc.
The decision will come as yet another major blow to x6tence, who have been confirmed for GameGune in Bilbao later in July.
x6tence now have:
Alberto "neptuNo" Molinillo
Francisco "FamseK" Alarcón
Christopher "poWer" Rodríguez
Ramón "TalikE-" Oliveira
Antonio "FlipiN" Rivas del Rey (inactive)
Borja "GuMmY" Gonzalez (inactive)
